I am in the same situation as you. Except my masters from Harvard, Yale, and Cambridge. Tripe Ivy League masters holder MX 9.

Think A* is not MX. But if you're using MX as reference maybe 11A or 10

Thanks. Senior Manager is MX11 and needs 5 years exp right; didn't know the pay is still so low at that level.
