MX14
MX15
MX16

MX 9 to MX 11a gets 5%?
MX12 and MX13 gets 7%?
MX 13i and MX14 gets 9%?
MX15 and MX16 gets 10%?

I remember back in 2014, the lower rank only gets 5% increment. Meanwhile those higher rank gets more than 5%
I thought 2014 only mid-level people got the increment?

Yes I remember this. I was in a SB that complies almost fully to PSD and the adjustment for MX12/11 was 10% which was excessive IMO and MSO (support) scheme only received 5% when support was doing a lot of work and getting paid less than half their salary.

How come? The article states MX scheme though

Also hearsay a few agencies already adjusted upwards before this article. One of which is IMDA. Maybe IMDA people can share what was adjusted. SIC

Anyone else feels even though you're a small fry diploma holder you can actually perform at a similar level to degree?

Like what are your "managers" for when they are no more capable than you? This is like a realistic and logical comparison, doing the exact same work (minus the meetings they have to attend)
