Am I underpay?
Got a offer from LTA grade 9. $6400.
11 years experience. Last drawn annual about 110k. Do you think I am underpay?

hr don't see past salary when determining new joiners salary, offer looks ok

Just wanted to ask. I checked the movement policy and all that, if I transfer from my current ministry to another ministry before the promotion period does that mean I will miss out on my promotion?

Help guys! Received offer from SB! I have 6 years private sector exp since grad, local uni engineering 3rd class... They offered mx12, 5.4k... May I know if this is a good offer? average? or just plain bad? Been mulling over it... Thanks!

seems ok, I got offered 5k with 7 years of private sector exp to join a ministry
but do note that, the MX12 ceiling is like 5.8k so unless they going to promote you in 1-2 years time.. u will struck there...

Bad.. go private. 3rd class isnt worth ur time in cs.
