Would anyone advise, how is the career and pay progression for MSF? Starting as Executive at $3.2k (MX13). (I’m a fresh grad.) I understand that the different levels are: Exec, Snr Exec, Policy Officer, AM, M etc. There’s also Policy Officer positions in my division. Wondering for an average farmer (non-scholar), how many years to progress to the next level? Thanks in advance!

I wouldn’t want to trade the possibility of earning more than 200K pa with the predicatable pay and lower pay ceiling of CS

You already trade the predictable and high pay ceiling of CS with the possibility of earning less than 200k pa elsewhere. CS are earning 200k, are you in the wrong place? More than half the department changed new cars in May-June after getting bonus and the cheapest one is Audi A4.

Snr Exec or Policy Ofr or AM can be MX13/12 depending to division.

This is a bit on the higher for a deputy director. Based on his salary, he will get closer to S$250k p.a. He will have his 13th month, performance bonus and double corporate bonus - easily 6 months and up to 8-9 months.

How long to reach 200 pa? Cars are depreciating assets.
