Which grade in govtech is superscale? Mx9 is superscale, do a reverse count and u can get the estimated mapping..

Previous poster mention govtech payscale is higher for the same grade (15-20% more). Mx11a ceiling is 8xxx but govtech grade h already 9xxx. That y to match pay give him a higher mx grade (pay matching but not promotion)

Hello. So does that mean that grade 9 is tied to MX11a? Or he got a promotion when he jumped?

govtech H 9xxx because they merge bonus to basic, the overall package still the same as mx11a on a engineering scheme (MAC).
not sure how you map govtech grade to mx.
i mapped based on pay scale.
grade H = mx11a payscale
example
govtech H = base pay (including bonus component) * 16
mx11a = base pay * 17

LTA 9, mx11a and Govtech H have the same pay range.
i am not sure how people here determine whether LTA9 or GovTech H is mapped to mx11a or not
