36 year old MX9 here earning 16k pm.

Whole day attending meeting, deflecting arrow and delegating work to my farmers.

does anyone know if proration of avc works the same as npaa?

my npaa can be matched with (no. of days from first day of work - 31 dec 2023) / 365 * gross and i assumed avc would be (no. of days from first day of work - 31 dec 2023) / 365 * gross * 0.6 but I can't match avc number on my payslip (i'm getting more)

wanna understand the math so pls dont just ask me to sua since it's more ya :P
