Anybody from bca? Can share the salary range for senior manager and principal manager? And whether principal manager is an appointment holder or it’s very hard to get promoted from senior manager?

Don't think so, dependent on the position and paygrade I believe, but it is most based on the same formula so if the jobs you were applying for were both Manager roles, and you fulfill the relevant experience and skills required in a similar capacity, the offer shouldn't be too different. Based on my own experience, other may have different experiences.

Nope. Even if they're all on the MX scheme, there is a salary range at each level. For example, fresh grads joining MTI would earn more than those joining MSF.

If anybody has the updated salary scales of the MX grades, do share. Thanks!

Hi from private sector, was offered by engineering statboard 7k. 10 YOE. Annual 110k
Is this normal range to expect?
Seems low to me in fact I have to take a slight paycut to join.

You will need to weigh the pros and cons.
What is your current compensation?
What are your working hours like?

Will drop from 130k to 110k annual.
Just want to know whether this is normal range or too low and I can actually negotiate higher.

Need to depend if the hiring manager take into consideration of your past experiences, your qualifications, work function, and also what position they offer you. Not everyone is the same. Now the market not doing good and recently have many retrenchment from private, i doubt they will pay you more.

Under MHA - 10 years in service, aged 34 and joined as diploma holder. 2022 salary was $90k was bonuses and 2023 will hit $100k with bonuses. Got my SUSS degree recently. Current job doesn't guarantee emplacement into degree holder path and increment is nothing fantastic, a few hundred bucks.
Should I stay on or find another job within the govt sector that recognises and renumerates me as a graduate?
