I'm the OP. Thanks for adding on. At 11A, a B is already 3 to 3.5. So in a good economic year, def possible to hit 6.

in a team which the boss is a guy. my team mates all old aunties. my ne ne is the biggest among them and face most pretty. if not promote me twice promote who?

During covid, pay was adjusted upwards because of tech sectors aggressively fighting for headcounts. Now tech sector is laying off, should pay be adjust downwards in response?
