Hi everyone! New to job market and was wondering if all the salary posted here is calculated using overall package or basic.
Just got offer for 4.86k basic and was hoping to check-in if its market rate because see some people posting 5-5.2k as salary.
[Fresh Grad, LTA, FCH, Engineer]

LTA engin joiner with 2 yrs exp will be about 5k. so 4.86k for fresh grad sounds about right. no harm trying to see if u can nego for a 5k though if you have outstanding acads. if not, I'll say take it.
