But this current pay revision is due to Covid. So it is 2 separate matters. MI is MI, confirm will give. Just that this Covid situation is uncertain. No one knows for sure but people are looking back at the SARS period where there was also a pay revision for civil servants

Default MND Manager Pay

Hi all, am currently considering an offer from MND as I applied to one of their many open manager roles as a fresh grad (FCH w Masters) and was offered a place.

Can I know what kind of salary I should be expecting so that I can adjust my expectations throughout negotiations?

Also, if anyone has any idea on what it is like in MND, I would appreciate it. Its a little strange that there are so many positions open for hiring at many levels haha, hope its nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the estimates!

Would like to clarify - this will be the expected salary even with a Manager title? Was just wondering if I should negotiate for a higher start considering other titles out there.

How much have you been offered? Good to let us know so we can advise if the amount is reasonable. Have you done NS? It has an impact on starting pay also.
