Unlikely. Civil service is mostly limited to those working in ministries

Increase for MX11 is significantly lower than other grades? Taking an average / midpoint of the range for each grade, quantum wise increase for MX11 close to 2x lower than MX12 and nearly 3x lower than MX11A. Don't think there is much difference between the work of these 3 grades.

Yeah, PSD will likely say that it’s because the MX11 range is pegged more competitively to the private sector equivalent blah blah. MX11 usually serve as mini team leads and are looked upon to guide younger members. There is also more expected of them since they are more experienced. But probably the most expendable of the lot? Lol
