Yes there are jobs that pay much more, I thk govt put the CS salary at 30 percentile of the top earners. But don't forget that the 30% include professionals and jobs that require special skills.
So if you looked at the package, CS or PS aren't that bad. Unless you are good but unappreciated, then going to pte is not a bad choice. But I do know that there are people who cmi in CS or PS due to lack of chances, went out to prove themselves and eventually went back to PX/CS to hold MX10 and above positions.

This is something I always tell myself. Once I have no more chances to grow in my current role, I'll exit. PS/CD discriminate people like me not because they have something against me but it the system that was designed to do so.

LTA 13th month policy
Is LTA's 13th month exclusive of the monthly?
Meaning the 13th month not divided to 12 and split among all the monthly salary.
Part of annual package is 13th month, mid year, year end and PB
Soon to be fresh grad. idk the ins and outs of HR matters.
TIA

Same here. Doesn't make up for the recent years of reduced increments but happy that's there's adjustment!
