i am previously from one of the ministry, with 7 years background and 2nd Upp local deg.

I applied for this role when I was a fresh grad many years back - also called customer affairs manager. Basically handle complains from customers which get escalated. If you come from ministry, I am not sure if you will gain additional skills or what skill set you are hoping to gain from this role. No offence but I did not attend final round as I felt the skills were not transferable.

whats the payment increment like between grades? eg c4 to c5 and then to c6 (senior executive)

rubbish the pay revision is fake one.
individuals only see 5% increment or less.

G9 / G8 / G7.

The renumeration package consists of a 13th month AWS and approx how many months' salary?

I see previous posts saying G8 = AM approx at 7-9k. This is just the basic or its divided over the total renumeration package.
