Default Former Staff

The pay is lower because the workload is less than other places offering a similar AO program. When I worked there, most staff seem to knock off on the dot around 5:30 to 6.

It's quite a nice family oriented place if you are intending to settle down, otherwise you should look elsewhere if you're looking to "chiong" at the start of your career.

Anyway, the bonus is guaranteed 3 months across the board as long as company is profitable so you have to take that into account as well.

Flexi work environment/culture and manageable workload are also equally important.

As we progress in life, these factors are more valued as compared to monetary benefits. This can result in higher job satisfaction and overall well being.

I work in a company that pays well and has flexi work culture. I only work 5 to 6 hours per day and will reach home by 530 to 6pm. This is very helpful for me to meet my family commitment.

It is hard to find such companies nowadays.

Any possibility of $4k starting for the executive program.

3.X is low. Love to work in an airline but salary is not attractive at all.

For fresh grads in SEP, unfortunately nope. Salary will hover around the upper 3K range at most.

If you don’t mind irregular working hours and overseas postings, you might be interested in the Trainee Station Manager position. Their remuneration package are the most generous in SIA, second only to the Pilots.
