Who will want to join SIA in the midst of an extended pandemic which could last till 2024? Unless no choice, I doubt this will be graduate's first choice.

There are many people resigning at the moment for obvious reasons.
Even with the VTLs, there are still not enough revenue to break even. Then once in a while, there are emergence of variants like Delta and Omicron etc then people scared to travel due to extra quarantine or tests. How the airlines fill the planes to pay bonus?
