I applied for this role when I was a fresh grad many years back - also called customer affairs manager. Basically handle complains from customers which get escalated. If you come from ministry, I am not sure if you will gain additional skills or what skill set you are hoping to gain from this role. No offence but I did not attend final round as I felt the skills were not transferable.
