Bro manager lowest pay scale is 9k plus alr. What you talking.

Manager and above is not covered in AESU handbook. AM should be around 8-9k max.

Lan2 bro. As long under AESU. Increment very slow. Manager onwards have a different pay grade.

Our neighbour Eagle Services Asia AESU increment is 3.47%. SIA and SIAEC should be lesser
