I know enough to know most if not all mid to late 30s M don’t make 10k+.

If you are non-degree staff, yes, possible to be drawing about 2k (could be 2k+) in your mid 30s.

This is so true. I'm a union leader for SEEU. I have seen AESU Ao payscale. It is not that high. If you really want to be a manger with 10k payscale, join ESA with 4 month bonus. Same union with SIA.
