Sounds quite low for someone with an MNC consultant title. Even more so when you have 8 years of experience. Is it IT or management consulting? Or HR?

No appointment letter, can i quit?
If lets say i work for a few days in a new job, no appointment letter is being signed.
Does it mean I can quit without giving any notice?
They said they are preparing... for whatever reasons... but this job is really nasty.
Since no letter is signed, I officially shld not be bonded to it?

Technical cum Marketing manager
20yrs in precision engineering
$54k/annum (Basic salary only. Excluded consistantly 1.5 mths max. bonus)
Role:
1) identify process flow and ensure mass-production.
2) dealing with customer on new project and propose solution.
3) handling problematic customer in terms of technical aspect.
4) front line management.
5) responsible on monthly sales revenue...
Not sure whether I am underpay. But I felt that I am actually doing more than a single manager job's spec.
By the way, my company is public listed....Anyone mind to comment?
Appreciated for any input.

Aws is annual wage supplment, essentially a small bonus equivalent to 1 month's pay. Usually given out by government linked companies. Many MNCs don't. 6.5k is fair for non-finance.
