Doing quite decent. ~20 YOE at arnd the ED level. Just work until 50+ and you can retire comfortably.

ED in other banks should be closer to 400k? Not too sure but there is still a long way to go. Not thinking of retirement at this stage of my career.

Depends on seniority. But ED for BO should be starting at around 220k base.
