Just bear with it.
Pte chain absorbing a lot of gp
Due to healthier sg

But soon they may realise healthier sg may not be the profit centre
As they will freeze the poaching
the supply of gp back to ops will normalise

As for pay, a bit hard to make adjustment
Govt alr spending money on healthier sg to lighten ur workload

Rubbish.
Gp chain hiring becuase they are flush with pandemic money
During pandemic busy clinic clearing 8 to 10k a day from urti cases
So they expanding aggressively and dun mind give 2 to 4 k above previous rate to secure manpower

Healthier sg is not easy money.
U want take gov money kpi a lot.
Books must be clear.
It's value driven medicine.
U need to prove value eventually.
Anyone who is an actual GP has no choice but to tolerate it

See urti case sell MC and a bunch of leftose, gargle money is easier to earn.

And who say no adjustment to ops pay
A little birdie told me it's coming

The revision benefit the Ho most. With the pathetic 13% revision. Junior docs basic is still pathetic. Pgy 3 onward basic stays about the same.
