People disagree is disagree. Is not about comm skills.
Otherwise if comm skills so powerful then everyone be of one religion liao
So powerful salesman cum communicator might as well earn

Don't be weak la.
Most patient ok one
It's how u counselled them.
Noob no skill then say patient difficult, don't want listen to advice blar blar.
The fact patient come back to ops means they want treatment.
But u throw ebm at them, talk about imaginery illness they cannot see they sure bo hiew you.
I see often previous notes patient decline titration, med initiation but after I talk to them they ok.
A lot of times patient take med becuase they trust you or like you.
U need to appear v wise and use some emotional tricks.
Aiyah, Ur cholesterol v bad, Heng ah, we got this med can help u.
Ur hba1c not good, Heng ah, we got a new medicine can help u pee the sugar away.
Protect Ur kidney also.
All ok to start.
It's how u help them see things.
There are truly difficult patients I agree.
But those are truly rare becuase most of the time they dun even come back.

Yep with Population White Paper of 6.9 million pple by 2030 though I heard it's more like 6.2 mil people, population is gonna rise from 5.7 mil (I think) now.
So property prices should go up till 2030.
Looking to upgrade to a freehold landed now if possible.

Mine was quite fast at RMG. A few weeks I think.
Basically after my first zoom interview, I was hired.

RMG has monthly variable performance payouts when the group makes money, share options, annual bonus, free carpark parking, annual increments.
Has structured cme training too. With monthly zoom talks and weekly articles if u want to read.
I like their training. And also fairly easy to get leave. Just need to coordinate with others in yr cluster. MC and HL also usually ok to take. They are understanding.
Medical benefits are quite good too with GP and specialist allowances and hospitalisation allowances. But the latter need to get approval from Raffles Insurance and more difficult to get approval. So I just take HL from public hospital where there are subsidies if I know my HL is due to preexisting conditions which they won't cover.

Actually it is not all nonsense. I do admit I need to improve on my communication skills.
Like try to have more eye contact, examine more thoroughly. Show more concern. These are soft skills. Also try to phrase things properly.
Some complaints were I keep typing, poor eye contact, examine lungs too fast, prejudiced against PRs?! That one was weird.
