Yes with the adjustments earlier this year, think 1PQE for mid-big firms are around the 7k mark. Shook Lin, WKW, TSMP, TKQP etc.. B4 is only a few hundred more to my knowledge. Can anyone corroborate?

Sorry to jump in, but any legal recruiter firms i should avoid or start engaging with?

What about Aslant and their very impressive looking team? All very young but powerful

It really baffles me how bad the churn is for certain "big 5" firms. Know someone whose replacement quit less than two months into the job.

That model might have been sustainable pre-covid but given the shortage of quality junior assocs now, you'd think they'd have wisened up and started treating people better.

You've tried this sneaky astroturfing before already la. No one cares.

Sadly things are not going to change for real until the ready supply of willing associates dries up. Say what you will, the "big 5" branding still has some prestige amongst the target audience of young and impressionable law students/trainees/associates.

How the mighty have fallen, maybe should just have a Big 3, not Big 4, and certainly not Big 5.
“Big 5” does not exist as a concept let alone in reality

Regina George said it best. Stop trying to make Big 5 happen. It's NOT going to happen.
