thanks, have spoken to my HR. Surprisingly they tried to offer me a TC in a practice area I was keen in.

Not as easy as corp but very possible. You probably won't land tech or FI roles but general inhouse corp roles should be ok. Prepare a good narrative abt why u wanna switch. Hiring market is good right now.
