Lawyer Salary

I noticed that in the lawsoc careers website s://.lawsocietycareers.com.sg/

there seems to be much more litigation roles compared to corp roles.

Also I seldom or never heard of corp lawyers switch to litigation but it is always from litigation to corp.

Any reasons why is litigation so unattractive?

Yes. Just check out linkedin - lots of recent moves to Big 4 and from Big 4 to international firms.

6-10 pax considered mid sized nowadays?

I consider > 25 fee earners to below Big4 and Rodyk, as mid sized.

< 25 fee earners as small firm.

But there's no strict definition I believe.

Actually when u search on MinLaw, it says small (1-5), medium (6-30), large (>30)

how is the salary progression like at agc?

I have been subject to repeated abuse by this senior partner in the firm I am working under on a weekly basis.

I couldn't take it anymore, have tendered. The abuse is getting worse, as I serve out notice. How can I seek redress. The attacks get more personal. I am getting worser anxiety
