To hit JP in B4 is 7pqe? Pay seems very low for that level of slog.

Now need to become Of counsel first at 7pqe.
Then JP around 10pqe

Of counsel is a rank only in A&G right? The other B4s don't seem to do it.
I think they'll have to bump up JP pay across the board also seeing as how NQ pay are already being raised. Cannot be NQ 7.5k now but JP still 15k right.

Eventually all firms will follow.
Now partner promotions are so far and few as compared to pre Covid as well

Rubbish. Why would they stretch the length of the progression and bump down JP pay when they're suffering massive attrition? B4, TSMP etc were just talking about pay increases across the board last month to retain talent.
