10k+ for 4PQE - I believe this refers to the revised new scale for A&G, not prior to this year.

As for 15K for a new junior partner (~7-8PQE), sounds about right for A&G too although they'd prolly revise it in tandem with the lower PQE raises. Also, I assume this would represent the higher bound of the range for Big 4s. i.e. the other Big 4's figures are slightly lower than A&G's.

I guess only the people who stuck around long enough to be on track for JP can really confirm this, and they probably wouldn't be / won't have need to surf this site.

The payscale prior to the paybump had big4 earning 5.6, 6.5, 7.8k for NQ, 1PQE, 2PQE respectively. 3PQE is 9ish and 4PQE is (logically) above 10k.

It is not the new payscale. Using the new payscale, you can expect to hit close to 10k at 3PQE (or perhaps lower).
