In house roles also. Too many females everywhere. Going crazy already. Why can't I just work under a nice sane non-OCD male boss who will just let you do your work in peace with minimum fuss and drama?

L O L if you think dudes also don't create drama and are non-OCD. I had a male boss who was a screamer. My female bosses on the other hand are measured and reasonable.

Several reasons for this.

- Harder and longer to get qualified these days and males have the very unfair advantage of the 2 year delay from NS

- Women like to nitty pick and climb their way up, some even gossip amongst themselves and males are the silent workers

Honestly the more I read this forum the more I despair - glut of lawyers, lousy pay for juniors and sexism as the cherry on top

It's just the average grads who frequent this forum - trust me, if you are doing well in the law field (and there are many) you won't feel the need to vindicate yourself by shitting on others in a salary forum

True. Everytime I feel beasted and out of my depth in my offshore firm, I come here to **** on UK grads for failing to get into local law school.
