Poster above is full of ****. 4K is NOT on the low side for a NQ in a small firm.
As for what you should expect at 1PQE for a mid-sized, it really depends on which mid-sized you are in. The more reputable ones pay close to B4 rates (high 5) while some others can pay from 4.5 - 5.3. Negotiate accordingly.

Don't do it. If Bakers, only IP, Tax and Disputes worth to consider.

Is it normal for firms to send out trainee work without reviewing or clearing it first? Or letting trainees render legal advice directly to clients? My supervising solicitor does no supervising whatsoever and I am terrified that I will f**k up the file.

How come local guys so undesirable? until local xmm got taken advantaged of by ceca uncle.
" He started doing sweet things for me, sending me flowers, taking me out to top restaurants in Auckland (think: Sid at The French Cafe, Sidart, Phil’s Kitchen, Copia, and more).
I enjoyed the attention he was giving me
We spent 5 amazing days together, dining at some of Singapore’s best restaurants. He sure knows how to spoil me. I felt really special.
I sent his ex-wife photos of me and him, and my suspicions were correct.
I was never interested in him, I mean, physically and everything, he was never my type. Even that night I was teasing my other colleague and pushing them to dance together in my drunken state. After he sent her home in a cab, it was just me and him. I was intoxicated, and things happened out of my control."

Wah local prostitute now servicing ceca workers. Looks like Singapore has come a long way down from the heydays. Sad
