The number I gave above is for newly made partners. Those would be anywhere from 7 (for exceptional performers) to 10 PQE.

Nope, SA is usually pretty much automatic for 4PQE but not partnership.

This is for equity partner. Junior partner at about 7PQE would be earning 15k
