Lol that's just not true. Am in big 4, won't say which. SA at 4PQE is already at around 12k+.

How does that work out? let’s say NQ 6k, 1PQE 7k, 2PQE 8k, 3PQE 9k, 4PQE 10k. And so on until 7PQE, assuming a bigger jump for JP, about 15k sounds right.

There's a promotion jump from JA to SA. Same goes for SA to salaried partner. it's much higher than the usual jump. U can see a few pages back people talk about it.

Thanks for explaining. Yes, I’m not from a big 4 firm. I’m from an international firm and have just been hearing rumours about big 4 salaries, like how NQs in my firm are paid the same as a big 4 JP. I don’t think that’s true now
