So such is life.

Big four pay can never equal the certain firm in MBFC
Give you all an example. Sg qualified 3pqe big four lawyer earns the same amount as the sg qualified NQ lawyer from the certain $7,500 firm in MBFC

Nope. It’s the charge out rates.

If you work on a small deal, how can you expect to charge out more than the big four?
It’s because in the international firms you’re working on the multinational companies that’s why the international firm can charge out that amount and pay their associates above average.

You’re mixing up big jobs/big clients with high rates. We don’t work any more hours than you do.

I’m not the OP. But I guess you’re from an international firm.
You can’t share specifics and I understand.
But may I ask how did you get an international?
I have received so many calls from recruiters but my cv doesn’t seem to be shortlisted by the international firms’ hr depts
Really want to move to an international
