Exactly. Listen to the idiot above who has already decided IR is guilty based on.. what? The words of some loon who rants to his 1k followers every night who will press like on basically anything which is anti-PAP?

There is literally 0 concrete direct evidence that IR has done anything so far. Nobody has stepped forward to say "IR did this to me." Even the so-called "accounts" are written anonymously, could have been written by anyone.

I am not advocating for IR here, but some of you really are not fit to be lawyers.

Good, you've got the direct evidence. I've been looking on FB as well and have only found hearsay.

Could you link us to them?

I don't condone the alleged conduct. Let's put aside the alleged conduct.

I do not think it is fair to Imran to jump and say a case is made out. Everyone knows the golden thread of criminal law. The Prosecution must prove each and every element beyond a reasonable doubt. It does no sense to justice if everyone is going to jump on the bandwagon and say that he is guilty until proven innocent. Justice doesn't work that way, what more, lawyers and law students on this thread who know this.

This in fact is well known to CY, who practises criminal law. Please don't reverse the burden of proof lest your clients think you can't be trusted.

Two, please stop politicising this for your own gain. We know you defended Roy Ngerng alongside Ravi. Having lost the case, you now make criminal allegations against opposing counsel..

Third, you do have a DIRECT interest in making these scandalous allegations. This is for your own political gain, to attack both Imran and his political affiliation.

Please have more class. If you think there is an issue please please encourage the victim to go forward. Please don't use this for political gain, desperate as you are. Don't hide behind your political facade.

I understand the strategy

If these allegations are not true, Charles, your ship will sink. If they are, you are a hero with stained political aspirations. Voters will definitely remember you as the pao toh kia who did it for his own gain not because he truly cared. There are better ways to do this.

I almost liked you Charles. Your speech on TV was really endearing to me. In particular, I found you really entertaining and I would have liked to see more of you. But the way you handled this matter, bro. Pls lah. Go and help the victim stop using this for politics. I end this off by saying chen he ti tong.

I've seen it and personally know one of the victims.

Actually despite his degree mill heritage and ramblings I do commend Charles Yeo for acting as a check and balance on potential deviants like Imran, filling in where our lawsoc can't (or won't). Lets see if he can dish the dirt on Nadia the other rising legal star.

Please. All these “no evidence” guys thinking like its a text book crim law exams. How many sex crimes have concrete evidence. The fact that this line is being harped too often is why rich and powerful prepertators continue to do do what they do. Its all he said she said. Have a little empathy for the victims.

Sure, we shouldn’t crucify IR right now but don’t disregard and brush off allegations.

No one is doing either in any of the posts. Read carefully.
