Sharing it will beget bad karma. I shall not gloat. Therefore, I shall leave the person be to suffer humiliation. The person was a moron anyway. You get what you deserve as a phat non-billing moron who does not know the law.

Wtf is this lol. Take your innuendos and ambiguity and bring it to a gossip forum thanks.
How does this forum always descend into some sort of toxic gabfest?

Perhaps it’s about unrequited love or breakups that always happen to the trainees.
Common occurrence and not new.
You’ve to be around long enough to know

hi everyone, is it to be expected that if you are working in a ranked (legal 500, chambers etc) law firm/department then hours are going to be long and work will be intense?
Can seniors who have gone down this path share whether they feel it is really worth the late nights and stress levels? Thanks - a struggling junior.

Perhaps it is a story about pancakes and how God made them round instead of square, leading to indigestion

Not sure what you mean by whether it is worth it.
It depends on your values and goals in life.
If you are content with a simple life, then no point struggling.
If you have a relationship now and you don’t want to end up a bachelor at 40, then quit and do something more manageable.
If you aspire to be a senior counsel, then I’m afraid you have to slog and sacrifice everything
