If we confine this discussion to law school alone, not other faculties, then NUS law girls better looking. SMU girls not that pretty

this isn't sec sch anymore, stop with this "exam smart" crap, make ur bloody choices for urself instead of crowdsourcing it like you do for your clothes and other questionable lifestyle choices. how you made it this far in life without the capability to think independently rly beggars belief.

Not the poor fellow you are replying to, but while I disagree with their unnecessary hostility I can understand the underlying point they are trying to make. You have to try very hard to fail Part B, and as such the proper advice should really be to choose whatever one has an interest in, or believes will be relevant to their career.
Opting instead for the path of least resistance is unbecoming and reflects badly on a junior lawyer-to-be. I get that the last few pages have been a hugbox for battered members of the profession, but all will agree that it is a rite of passage to be undertaken nonetheless. Embrace the suck. It will stand you in good stead later on in your career.

is it just me or are all lawyers this neurotic/insecure? Is it bred into you guys or does everyone come like that by default? Was thinking of doing the SMU JD but 70k and 3 years of my time only to become a weepy bitching mess with zero career prospects is a really lousy trade off. Don't know how you guys do it tbqh

What is wrong with you actually? people are trying to get help and info to make better decisions and there are also helpful advices I have seen here.
What’s wrong with asking for opinions?
