Anyone knows what the likely pay will be for new PTCs starting 2025?
Heard some firms are doing first 6 months PTC: $2,000; and second 6 months PTC: $2,500

Gen lit in B4 isn't too bad. You can move out easily if you want later on. Just try to figure out which partner you will be working under and ask around for the culture of the team.

Why lawyers care so much abt these pointless things
You never hear doctors discuss so much when one of their kind leave hospitals to set up their own specialist clinic at Mount E
Or accountants when they leave Big 4 to set up their own small accounting firm
Theres always new boutiques and sole props who will be the flavour of the week. After tt you seldom hear abt them anymore. It all really depends on how good the principal lawyer is

I mean to be fair, it would be interesting to hear about people's experiences there or opinions on how training/career is there
since most ppl here seem to care overtly on big 4 or int'l firms
