Clawback provisions for bonus
Hi all, just want to confirm before I resign. Based on my knowledge and my review of the offer letter, Accenture does not have any clawback provision for bonuses. I am intending to resign within one week of the bonus being paid out.
Can anyone from Accenture help confirm that the bonus is mine to keep even if I resign right after the payment?

Google “accenture career level .
Consultant is career level 9 (CL9)
Usually expected to lead a team of analyst for a work stream already. 2-3 years to next level associate manager where you will be making high 8–9k / month

Thanks for sharing. Further adding to the previous reply quoting 6.9-7.2k, I think the salary range seems rather dismal for a Consultant with ~6 years of total working experience. I’m currently already drawing slightly more than this in private sector and hoping to ask for at least 8.5k. How is the bonus like on average?

Yearly performance Bonus ~ avg 1 month. No aws.
Yes u are right. For someone with ~6 l years experience, I wouldn’t take a CL9 offer. Freshers who join ACN will hit CL9 ~3-4 years.
8.5k is associate manager (CL8) salary in ACN, aim for that at least
