So Accenture recently revamped the salary across multiple CL ( those that I know of CL 11- CL9). Those that got promoted in December are getting the new salary. SA are getting 5.5 + 400 for year 1. So why the fk mark tham decided not to give us any increment at the CL 10 level. The very least they can do is to match the new package of 5.9k. Now we are stucked at this fking 5.4k ( new analyst pay) until new promotion which is not guaranteed. WTF is this BS
