Needless to say, my L5 pulled me for a long chat and at the end of the day, offer to retain me with $200 more, not even an L9 promotion.

Congrats! This is why to join accenture -> to get such exit ops. This is just the beginning. Wait till you jump again to 10k+ you’ll look back and realise why did we stress so much from L11-9 when the increment is so little
