Is it now got hiring freeze? To begin with already heard consulting analyst offers competitive and not many are recruited monthly, especially for the CM pod. Someone I know managed to join the pod this month and apparently there’s only 2 new joiners?! Past months at least have 4-5 new joiners. Does anyone know if the tech roles which are the business and integration arch analyst and business and integration delivery analyst also same thing or tech offers not really impacted?

Tech roles should be more offers than consulting. If you try for consulting may be more challenging if there’s a hiring feeze now.

Or is it possible to switch to Song after a few years in acn?

What role in song do you want to switch to? And why do you want to switch never heard of many wanting to make this switch quite curious. But I believe tap doesn’t extend to song, you got to directly apply for their opening I guess

Ok thanks. Thought acn song is more digital focused with a lot more ui/ux which is something i might want to move into but no background to back this up yet so i was thinking of leveraging on internal mobility to move though it seems from this thread that internal mobility in acn is not easy
