Lowest level to be a People Lead is L9.

Consultant more time for their consignee than those whose people lead are like manager and all. Like that those analyst with consultant people lead confirm can promote faster

What fallacy is that. They have more time but do they have more experience in knowing what goes through the talent discussion, how to help their counselees get the best out of the discussion? Plus they've more time is in relation to managers.

I have definitely seen managers, directors going up and above for their counselees - to have a sync up every month and/or taking the time after working hours to ensure their counselees have a good career in ACN.

You get what you get loh, because not everyone who are people lead wanted to be a people lead. Some of them are just assigned to be one.

Because it is your people lead who will guide, lead and support you throughout your career in ACN while they're there because they have the resource. They're also the one who will be the main person affecting your talent discussion result depending on how they articulate and fight for you. If you're close with your people lead, it's basically a free network also.

In ATC context, usually manager in workday is their direct supervisor.
In non ATC context, usually manager are our talent lead.

Should be change management which is one of the consulting pods, never seen HR openly offering this pod to applicants. In fact, many would pick this when they apply but once confirm the pod you will see damn tough to get, and apparently they have additional interviews too.

You really expect a freshie people lead can handle the heated discussion that goes through a talent discussion and fight with those experienced one to show you deserve this and that? lol.

I won't discount there are L9s who are damn good at this due to their experience in such area in their project but these L9s will move up the ladder damn fast also, within 1-2years they're L8 already. But instead you want those L9s who got promoted along the flow to be your PL just because they have more time for you? Maybe 4yrs later u hit L9, your PL just hit L8 for half a year or what nia. LOL

Just directly find your talent lead aka the manager in your workday profile. They can change PL as well.

But at least they attend the talent discussion? Heard of managers who are busy don’t even attend the talent discussion then this way no matter how good the counselee is also no chance at promotion. Prolly the previous people lead the op was asking and someone replied saying The people lead busy gg
