Yes. Here’s the catch. There’s a policy that if you return within 18 mths, you can only be rehired as when you left.

So yeah, ACN does rehire you if you wishes to return. Normally when you left, and if you had a conversation with your PM before you trigger, they tend to offer you to contact them if you wish to return in the future. Might be lip service and whatnot but yeah, bottomline, connections matters.

OP here. Can tell you truthfully that i left ACN recently and yes, got fked by my cert.
so yes, ans is, you should know which industry/companies that cert actually matters… can tell you truthfully that i had 2 offer. One that see cert one that don’t. I chose the one that did due to opportunities but it was lower pay than the one that don’t see cert but it was still a roughly 20% increment anyway.

So really, it’s up to you to decide whether u r interested in trying out for public sector vs private… but for your situation which is grade wise, i doubt even public sector will give a damn about it. Since u will be fighting a losing better anyway since those scholar will still pwn u gao gao.

So work hard, gain valuable skillsets and move on. Just don’t go public sector and you will be set.

Didn’t receive anything yet, can I check what toy exactly is it? Or is it welcome gift? So means you in liao like welcome pack kinda thing.

Are we able to use work experience to apply for masters or mba instead of our uni grades? in a case where work experience is better than grades?

I also got in man but not sure if I will be accepting the offer, hear a lot of bad reviews on acn here... :/
