If pay increase for new hires will those in the firm getting the 4.9k now have adjustments made to their salary and those higher ups having adjustments too? Or only new hires then can enjoy the new salary?

Is Accenture business analysis or the software pods better than Bloomberg analytics and sales graduate programme? Cos the Bloomberg one salary is 68k annually leh that’s like damn a lot and heard they have 6 months salary review where some can have their salary increased and they have free asset,finance,investment trainings. Any insights on these 2 on which is better in terms of job scope and exit opportunities?

joker don’t you know job seekers are always asking as comparing even before they get any offers? Cos once offer is given you have to accept or decline with a short timeframe, sounds like you have never gotten any offers before man.
