Have a good chat with ur manager, why u wanna change? and see he willing to let u go or nt, must be humble, cos ur new project will ask ur current manger, then will reflect on ur performance

Wah like this really must have good project manager sia cos if not if he or she not so understanding may not really say the truth of your good performance cos unhappy that you want to change project.

Agree on the people lead part.. my people lead flew me airplane more than 5 times liao. Every time I set call with him he will don’t accept or last minute cancel it. Really useless.
My HR fulfillment so far quite responsive. I guess I will need to take to my manager when the time is nearer. If they don’t let me go I may throw letter after EOY take bonus. My role now is too niche and not much future, I want to jump to smth more function/ business related

yeaa sometimes is all about luck
if you gt good People lead, all is good, but somehow you wun know who is ur People lead until u try

What role are you in? Isn’t niche roles good?
Btw your hr fulfilment is just the usual hr is it? Do they manage a few analysts at once and you will be informed on first day whose your hr fulfilment specialist is it?

Isn’t it the project manager? Try as in your tell hr you want to change project then they tell you who’s your people lead?
