Not sure if you are aware, BB don't even focus on their TB business, it's those mid-tier european banks who are specialized in this. Not surprised if they get paid highly

Hey, I speak to the graduate assistant RMs in my dept because I'm dealing with the CM products, and in my bank they earn more than that. You should do a little more research.
