For TB and non-FO, 5.7k as direct hire is really quite surprising.

Go and apply for GA or JPM or DBS (their bar is low btw), 5k+ is pretty common. Looking for more challenging role? Apply for Grab or Shopee (6k to 8k). If you are really ambitious, google or fb, 10k+ including stock options.
