Believe it or not - I’m actually in banking and not in ACN. Believe you have answers your own question. RM (aka FO) grad hires are paid 5.25k. BNP only thriving Biz as well.
So for a direct hire (which usually make less than grad hires) with 1 year of non working experience, in MO, is unlikely to draw 5.7k.

Even MO like trade support in the IB arm of BBs don’t pay 5.7k to their grad hires, let alone direct hire with 0 xp lol
