You'll realised that you don't do much during office hours.

All the overtime is just because you can't finish a power point in 30 min. You need 3 hours after work.

And you are right to say that. There are often so many internal and client meetings scheduled throughout the working day, and it's really difficult to complete work in a single setting which is much more efficient.

It really depends on the client u are assigned to and direct superior
A lot of variables.
Work until 7pm daily also OT, work until 10pm also OT

You are really wrong lol. I thought maybe this was an issue that only me or some of us were facing, but seems like almost everyone in the same batch as me are facing the same thing.

It’s just the nature of work in consulting. Even MBB, Tier 2 also 11pm on an average day and 2-3am on busy days.
