I finished my work knock off 6 pm. My supervisor passive aggressive. So I told her to assign me work at 8am today. She still not at work.

So I send her an email at 8 am letting her know kindly that I'm waiting for her prompt response on the urgent task that she need me to look into at 6 pm yesterday...

I also don't intend to go lunch today and I will take down what time she go lunch and when she come back I will ask her "how's your 1 hour 45 min lunch?" and here is the **** you ask me to do....

I think last month i estimate i was working past midnight for around 4 to 5 days.

Working from home is even worse.

It’s a question of whether the exit opportunities, salary and brand name matter more or your wlb. Grind it through and you can probably have a good exit (but not necessarily for ACN).

You are right, but my friend who got into bain is earning almost double my salary now, and even then his OT is not as bad as mine

And just abit of context myself, I feel I'm a very efficient worker and I really don't like to waste time. My supervisors have commended me on the speed and quality of my work, so I'm not slacking off even admist this depressing working environment.

Working hard here just doesn't pay off i feel, you just get bombarded with more and more after you're done, and it's just to make the lives people above you better.

If working in office its 9am. If working from home usually earlier.

Some times meetings are scheduled at 8/8.30 before my official working hours start
