They keep saying, I being promoted last dec, which is becos my lvl 11 to lvl 10 promotion are missed in year 2020

reason? because my boss say I am "not ready yet", simi sai

So

in 2019 -> just join no promotion
2020 -> covid + not ready no promotion -> knn gave my promotion to my junior
2021 Dec -> finally promoted on dec -> finally lvl 10

it took me 2.5 years to promote from lvl 11 to 10, knnccb, other people hired straightaway lvl 10

Not everyone will be 100% be promoted in 1 year

those really CMI (base on their boss) will be send to PIP extra 6 month until u can be promoted

from I see, they will just find some reason to not promote you if they want, not really a very transparent process

Meta salary like not as high as acn for fresh grad leh? Saw the recent market specialist role, pay range 3.2k to 7.2k for fresh grad and masters applicants. So reckon fresh grad will be in the lower spectrum, 3.2k to 4K or maybe 4.5k at most I believe

Sorry what’s PIP? And is it if you go software and tech pods you promote faster than those under the consulting pods?

I thought tap is analyst you senior analyst one year, senior analyst to consultant two years? According to what they put up on the website when they introduce the tap leh
